  • Sweep Follow-Up System: a service to help dental practices follow up with unconverted patients.
  • Sales & Influence Masterclass: an in-person training course for dental professionals.

We are based in the UK and act as a data processor for dental practices and a data controller for users interacting with our site and training services.


2. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymised string (hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you’re using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile image is visible in the context of your comment.


3. Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract location data from images.

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience. These cookies last one year.

  • Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely.
  • For registered users (if any), personal info in profiles is stored until deleted by the user or admin.
  • For Sweep Follow-Up patients: data is retained for up to 12 months, unless further contact is agreed or required by the referring practice.
  • Training attendees’ data is kept for up to 24 months for re-engagement, certification, and records.
  • Client practice records are retained while under contract and for 6 years after termination for accounting and legal purposes.

8. What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account or left comments, you can request an exported file of your data or request we delete it. This does not include data we’re required to keep for legal, security, or administrative reasons.
